 Finally over the holiday got live audio streaming over my local area network. Now I
 have to make it available to the world. Got the delay down to 6 seconds, hope it 
 stays that close to real time.

 Audio is working consistently but with the delay of up to 10 seconds it throws the whole 
 experience off. I read an Icecast server has less delay and I am looking into what it takes 
 to set it up.
